Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over €50. For orders below that amount, shipping starts from €3.95. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days and express delivery 24-48 hours. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days are processed the same day.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return on any product in its original condition, unopened and with the seal intact. Returns are free: we provide a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the merchandise is received and verified.
Payments
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Link. All online payments are processed securely through Stripe with SSL encryption. At our physical store we also accept cash.
Products & Supplements
Yes. All our supplements come from manufacturers with quality certifications (GMP, ISO) and comply with current European regulations. We work exclusively with trusted suppliers and carry out periodic quality controls to guarantee the purity, composition and safety of each product.
Our team of nutrition and sports specialists is available both in our physical store and through our online channels to offer you personalised advice at no additional cost. Tell us your goals — muscle gain, fat loss, sports performance, general wellbeing — and we will help you choose the most suitable products.
Each product includes the manufacturer's recommended usage instructions on its label. As a general rule, we advise following the indicated doses, taking supplements with plenty of liquid and consulting us before combining several products. If you have a medical condition or are on treatment, always consult your doctor or nutritionist.
Account & Orders
You can register by clicking 'Create account' in the top menu or during the checkout process. With your account you can check the status of your orders, manage your delivery addresses, save favourite products and enjoy a faster checkout on future visits.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier. You can also check the status of all your orders in the 'My orders' section of your account. If you have any issue, contact us by phone, email or via the contact form.
